The Dolphin Hotel has launched an Aperitivo Hour series with guest chefs, snacks and wine (Sydney)

After unveiling a new era last year and subsequently rising through the ranks to become one of the area’s hottest spots, The Dolphin Hotel in Surry Hills will be using their dedicated Wine Room as a platform for a guest chef series fashioned as “Aperitivo Hour”. The series, which kicked off early last month and will continue up until the end of July will see various collaborations with some of Australia’s top chefs and restaurants – both casual and not-so-casual – as every week brings in a fresh face to handle “super-value” snacks to pair up with well-priced drinks.
