Aki Daikos, co-owner of the flagship Tella Balls Dessert Bar in Sydney’s Dulwich Hill, who along with business partner Simon Kappatos, has watched his dessert-focused business rapidly expand since opening earlier this year, greeting hundreds upon hundreds of hungry gluttons into a world of spherical doughnuts and chocolate kebabs all powered by the sugary fuel the world knows as Nutella.
