Seedlip, the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, launches in Australia

Following successful launches across London and U.S.A, Seedlip have entered into the Australian market. Not familiar? It’s described as the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, and it already being stocked by luxury stores, Michelin starred restaurants and award-winning bars around the world, including current number one restaurant in the world, New York’s Eleven Madison Park.

UK-based entrepreneur Ben Branson created this interesting spirit, which is now available in two expressions. First, Seedlip Garden 108 which is described as bright and herbal with six distillates including hand-picked peas from Lincolnshire. Then there’s Seedlip Spice 94, described as complex and aromatic, also with six different distillates, including Jamaican All Spice berries and American Oak. Both of these are said to pair beautifully with tonic to offer a vital alternative to traditional mocktails or soft drinks.

“At just 18 months old, we are really excited to formally launch Seedlip into Australia”, said Branson. “We are looking forward to complementing the established and dynamic food and drink scene here with grown up and great-tasting Non-Alcoholic drinks, solving the dilemma of what to drink when you’re not drinking”.

Two signature serves accompany the brand’s launch in Australia. This includes the Seedlip Garden & Tonic (fill a highball glass with ice, add 1 3/4 oz Seedlip Garden 108 and a handful of fresh peas. Top with tonic water) and Seedlip Spice & Tonic (fill a highball glass with ice, add 1 3/4 oz Seedlip Spice 94. Top with tonic water and garden with a red grapefruit twist).
