Young Henrys Brewery to host Burgers By Josh this weekend in Sydney!

The front runners for Sydney’s best brewery and burgers are joining forces! As Young Henrys warns, ladies and gentleman “get your fat pants on”! The Newtown based brewery have announced they’re hosting Sydney burger master, Burgers By Josh on-site this Saturday the 23rd of January.

Josh is bringing a special, one-off burger to the meeting of the Sydney greats: The Angry Anderson. It’s a stacked monster of Joshs’ signature Wagyu blend, all American cheese, crispy jalapeño’s, Angry sauce (containing mild chilli), lettuce, spanish onion, sliced tomatoes, on an all new sesame seed bun and Westmont ghost chilli pickled cucumbers. A special super-charger hot sauce – ‘Satan Sauce’ will also be available, as will the option to add extra patties and bacon.

Fresh off their collaboration with The Art Gallery of New South Wales where they created the ‘Old Master’, a Scottish Ale inspired by the greats of art, Young Henrys are again proving why they’re more than a brewery. Their Newtown lot is going to be smelling and tasting even more divine this weekend.

Burgers By Josh X Young Henrys is this Saturday from 12pm at the Young Henrys brewery site – 76 Wilford Street Newtown NSW 2042.
