It’s safe to say that when you hear the name Jack’s Creek you are guaranteed a good steak. In fact, you’re guaranteed the world’s best. Three times they’ve taken out top honours in the World’s Best Steak international competition, proving that their superior produce coming from NSW is truly special for those who love a nice, juicy, fatty and flavour-rich cut.
Needless to say, their latest Sydney event is a must for any discerning meat-eater. It’ll be held for one-night-only up at Q Station’s Boilerhouse Restaurant & Bar in partnership with Manly locals 4 Pines Brewery, with the totally appropriate name “Moo & Brew”. What guests will be treated to is an exclusive 6-course Jack’s Creek beef degustation, with dishes curated by Q Station’s Executive Chef James Green. Each of the courses will be paired with a 4 Pines beer of course, hence the name. Wagyu beef and Black Angus will both be served throughout the dinner.
“Through events like Moo & Brew, we like to bring our customers the best of Australian local produce,” offered Green. “We have just that with Jack’s Creek and 4 Pines, two multi-award winning brands”.
Jack’s Creek Co-Founder David Warmoll and 4 Pines Master Brewer Chris Willcock will be at the dinner to take guests through the produce, so if you’re keen on some unparalleled insight into both steak and beer this one’s looking like a must.
