Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel plan cider street festival for October (Sydney)

Now that Spring is here and (hopefully) planning to play nice that team over at chirpy bay-side mansion-like Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel are planning a big cider street festival. Towards the end of October rows of stalls will be set up right along the foreshore to offer food and cider lovers a special one-day showcase with some of the best and most well known producers all offering their drops alongside on-trend food like BBQ ribs and Nutella Donuts.

Anyone who has been to WBBH know how magical that backdrop can be, and with the sun in the sky (fingers crossed) it’d make for a perfect Sunday stroll featuring cider, live entertainment, street food, and all round good vibes. Along for the ride will be the likes of James Squire, 5Seeds, Rochdale, Sommersby, Kirin, Sassy Cider, Bilpin, Sidra del Verano, and Thatchers Gold, while food will be handled by various stalls and – in addition to those BBQ ribs and Nutella donuts mentioned above – will feature pulled pork rolls and sticky toffee apples. For those still hungry, there’ll be an apple-bobbing competition with registration open on the day.
