Vic’s Meat Market expands their Smokehouse & Grill menu (Sydney)

Three years on and Vic’s Meat Market still stands as one of Sydney’s best spots for all things meat. The dedicated outdoor steak bar and the gigantic smoker pumping out some seriously delicious burgers are often credited for pushing the business, which stands within the iconic Sydney Fish Market precinct, as much more than just a top-quality butcher, and that’s just been taken to the next level with an expanded Smokehouse & Grill menu.

Introduced to celebrate their 3rd birthday, Vic’s Meat Market’s menu now makes full use of the butcher’s top-quality, wholesale-priced produce. Those heading along now can not only expect staples like the smoked wagyu cheeseburger and brisket sandwich, but also a grilled chicken burger with guacamole and lime slaw; pulled pork sandwich; a tray of pork ribs with slaw and pickles; beef short rib; sides like onion rings, chips and burnt ends; fish of the day; and of course, various steaks grilled to perfection like the top-grade scotch fillet, sirloin, and rib-eye for two.
