The Good Food & Wine Show returns to Sydney this August

After successful runs across the country throughout this month, the annual Good Food & Wine Show will return to Sydney for the first week of August (5-7), setting up at its usual spot in Sydney Olympic Park for three celebratory days of world-class chefs, TV personalities, demonstrations, master classes, food stalls, wine showcases, and more.

Each year, The Good Food & Wine show turns into one of Australia’s most necessary platforms for everything from artisanal produce to culinary know-how. The line up of Chefs has already been confirmed and include Alastair McLeod, Gary Mehigan, Miguel Maestre, Kylie Kwong, Matt Moran, and Sammy & Bella, amongst others, leading the charge as they take to the Good Food Theatre over the weekend while one of the most comprehensive food and wine markets offers up the goods.

Over 200 food and drink exhibitors will be offering up their products, a traveling Cellar Door experience will be found in the Drinks Lab, and Mc’Williams wine be on-hand over at a special Grazing Garden that includes pop ups from the likes of Thai Riffic, Lucabrasi (cheese wheel pasta for all!), and Hank’s Gourmet Hotdogs.

Being that the event coincides with International Mustard Day (August 5th), the event will also feature the return of Maille Mustard Mobile food truck, run by the country’s only mustard sommelier in-training Joe Barrs. Maille Mustard and Haute-Dogs will be on the menu, as well as Maille’s fresh truffle mustard which is used on their most expensive haute-dog, modestly set at $100.
