The first ever Carl’s Jr Australia is set to open tomorrow, Feb 2nd, in Bateau Bay, NSW

Fast food chain Carl’s Jr has finally made the decision to expand to Australia to compete with already established brands like Hungry Jacks and Mc’Donald’s, with their first ever store in this country opening tomorrow 2nd February at Bateau Bay near popular getaway destination The Entrance. The popular American chain, known for their big burgers and controversial advertising, have plans to follow this opening up with around 300 stores across the country in the next 10 to 15 years.

Brisbane airport, Hobart airport, Gosford, Tamworth, and Newcastle are already being eyed as potential locations this year, undoubtedly just the beginnings to what will most likely be a fast food revolution in Australia. Not convinced? Some dude has already been queuing up for the opening since 9:45pm, January 31st, obviously keen on that offer of ‘a year’s worth of free burgers’ which will be extended to the first 50 people through the door.
