The Chateaux of Bordeaux roadshow extravaganza comes to Sydney and Melbourne in March

You’re going to want to pay attention to this one wine lovers because Langton’s, Australia’s premier fine wine specialists, have just announced that they are bringing a dozen Bordeaux Grande Cru Classé Chateau proprietors and winemakers to Australia for a little tour in early March (that’s next week mind you). From 2nd to 6th March, the inaugural Chateaux of Bordeaux roadshow extravaganza will host events in Sydney and Melbourne featuring the latest vintages and rare museum wines from the fabled Bordeaux region, more specifically the communes of Margaux, Saint-Julien, Pauillac, Saint-Émilion, Pessac-Léognan and Sauternes, represented by wines like Brane-Cantenac, Beychevelle, Grand-Puy-Lacoste, Larcis Ducasse, Chevalier and Guiraud.

This is a comprehensive and close look at the length and breadth of Bordeaux’s world class wines, bringing an unparalleled selection of the best the region has to offer and focusing it all in on one tour across four events.

“Any fine wine lover will know, Bordeaux is the first choice to start or build your collection and for those still learning it is the place to begin your international wine journey. The ‘Chateaux of Bordeaux’ is giving Australian wine lovers a unique opportunity to meet the faces behind the brands, taste the latest vintages and purchase rare museum wines.”, explained Gavin Lennard, Head of Fine Wine from Langton’s, a brand which is the market leader in Bordeaux wines.
