The 27th annual Orange F.O.O.D Week announces 2018 program (NSW)

One of the state’s quintessential food and wine events, the annual Orange F.O.O.D Week, will return this April with a stacked program that includes delectable experiences such as a nine-course foraging degustation amongst the vineyards, a seasonal grazing feast under the stars, and a fresh produce-packed adventure by rail on the designated “F.O.O.D Train”.

From Friday 6th to Sunday 15th April, Orange will be teeming with 10 days of top-quality produce and cool climate wines, attracting people from all across the country with a mix of sell-out annual favourites and new signature events. This includes the epic F.O.O.D Week Night Market with some of the region’s top chefs and producers coupled with live music and communal dining; a special “Paddock to Plate” art exhibition; a Sunday Producers’ Market & Brunch with cooking demonstrations and stalls in Cook Park; various picnics and tastings amongst the vines; walk and talk tours; and plenty of workshop. Perhaps most importantly, you’ll have access to some of the best local cheese, chocolate and honey in New South Wales, and if that doesn’t tempt you to take the 3.5 hour drive from Sydney then there isn’t much that will.
