Some of Australia’s best burger joints and Deliveroo team up for ‘The Hangry Meal’

Happy meals be gone. Deliveroo have teamed up with five of the most renowned burger joints around the country to put together a cheap-as-chips meal deal they’ve cheekily dubbed ‘The Hangry Meal”. That good ol’ millennial amalgam of hungry and angry has been tapped so the on-demand delivery service can celebrate National Burger Day the right way. On Monday 28th May, Deliveroo will be slinging around these collaborations for $4.95 a pop, with The Hangry Meal including a signature burger (from the respective burger joint), small fries and the quintessential toy. What’s more: free delivery.

In Sydney The Hangry Meal is being put together by none other than Mary’s, who will include their signature Mary’s Royale in the meal along with fries, drink, a dessert and a toy. Melbourne’s got Huxtaburger for that, with their namesake burger, small fries, a soda and a toy. Brisbane’s Hangry Meal represeneter is Fritzenberger, with their cheeseburger, snack frites, soft drink and toy. Perth’s big player is Jus Burgers with their original beef burger, fries, soda and a toy. And last but not least, our nation’s capital represented by Grease Monkey, throwing in a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a toy.

Sorry Adelaide.

Just log onto Deliveroo on the day and hit up your city’s designated Hangry Meal co-signer and Deliveroo will fang it to you for free.
