Silvereye teams with Evil Twin Brewing for an exclusive craft beer dinner (Sydney)

Still a new kid on the block but with a reputation beyond it’s years, Silverye, will be teamed up with the world renowned Evil Twin Brewing to stage an exclusive craft beer dinner this month. Head Chef Sam Miller (who earned his stripes at Noma in Copenhagen) will be collaborating with Evil Twin founder Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø on a special menu for the one-night-only event which includes four snacks, four mains, and two desserts with six craft beer pairings.

Evil Twin Brewing is known for its beers made in 10 breweries around the world, originating in Denmark but now running out of Brooklyn in New York. Jarnit-Bjergsø is also considered brewing royalty for his limited edition releases, one of which was served exclusively at Noma.

Each dish will be introduced by Miller while Jarnit-Bjergsø will be on hand to talk guests through each of the seasonal and limited-edition brews. The dinner is set for Wednesday 9th March, from 6:30pm, and will cost $210pp. To make a booking call Silvereye on 02 8277 8520.
