Silvereye and Sixpenny will collaborate on an exclusive dinner this month (Sydney)

Discerning diners around Sydney have long known that Sixpenny is one of the city’s best, and soon enough the recently opened Silvereye should be joining that rank seeing as Chef Sam Miller has been building up quite the culinary following. The two respected dining destinations will be coming together to collaborate over a special one-night-only dinner at Silvereye at the end of this month.

Miller will be teaming with Sixpenny’s Dan Puskas on Tuesday 31st May to design an exclusive menu that will also have a strong focus on beverage matching. Silvereye sommelier James Audas will be matching in wines and juices to Puskas’ food, while Sixpenny’s Dan Sharp (former sommelier at Est.) will be handling the wines that are to match with Miller’s dishes.

The menu will be set at $250 per person and will include six snacks, six savoury dishes, two desserts, two petit fours, and either a wine of juice pairing.
