Rosebery Christmas Market announces collaborations with Messina, Mary’s, Three Blue Ducks and more (Sydney)

Rosebery’s food-focused precinct Saporium will be pushing into the holiday season with a two-day festival of sorts, tasking some of their most popular tenants with forming a Christmas market, offering a range of unique gifts and food collaborations. Planned for Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th December, Saporium will transform into a lively marketplace with the likes of Messina, Archie Rose Distilling Co, Black Star Pastry, Three Blue Ducks, and special guests Mitch Orr and Levins, who will both be staging an “Eats & Beats” workshop at the hub’s VIVE Cooking School.

The markets themselves will be put on in collaboration with The Cannery, running across the weekend with artisan gifts, fresh produce, and a whole stack of Christmas entertainment. Sunday will see it turn into the Rosebery Block Party, taking the celebration further into the evening with collaborations like Messina x Archie Rose Distilling Co, who will team up to resurrect their popular spiders. Archie Rose will also be offering tours of their on-site distillery.

Newtown favourites Mary’s and Young Henry’s will also have a presence. Mary’s will team with Messina so you can get some award-winning gelato and burgers in the same spot as part of the Messina Eats series, while Three Blue Ducks will stock Young Henry’s as well as serve up their own menu which includes pork belly burgers.

Also on the cards is Kingsmore Meats, which will be teaming with VIVE Cooking School to bring their guests a big Argentinian BBQ
