Sydney CBD’s Primus Hotel has lifted the lid on their new New York inspired rooftop bar, Level Seven. In preparing for the busy Summer period, the hotel elaborate art deco hotel has hooked up with Veuve Clicquot to turn their exclusive rooftop pool into a lively champagne and cocktail destination for the public.
With a team of mixologists working closely with Veuve on the champagne and cocktail menu (think Veuve RICH and Rosé Spritz everywhere) and a casual share-style food menu created by Exec. Chef Daniel Menzies, it’s looking like Level Seven could be one of Sydney’s big-ticket bars when the weather starts heating up.
“The rooftop has been our hidden secret since the hotel opened. We knew Sydney needed a relaxed yet sophisticated rooftop bar and are excited to be able to open the doors to Level Seven”, said Hotel Manager Daniel Muhor. “We want this venue to be a hub for after work drinks and the place to be for lazy weekend afternoon cocktails by the pool”.
Nautical inspired cabanas, greenery and fairy lights define the rooftop’s look, which still makes good use of the pool with a DJ spinning by the water on the regular. The expansive rooftop will be one of few Sydney venues offering large group bookings and private events too, so if you’re ready to drop some cash on a milestone event then this is perfect timing.
