Pepsi are rounding up Sydney’s top chefs for a vanilla themed pop-up restaurant

Following the recent launch of its new Vanilla flavour, Pepsi Max are bringing a pretty damn sweet pop-up dining concept to Sydney for three days later this month, rounding up a talented bunch to offer cheap-as-chips $30 set menus. That talented bunch consists of Mitch Orr (ACME), Jimmy Hurlston (Guilty, Easey’s), Andy Bowdy (Saga) and Andres Walters (The Lobo Plantation, The Kittyhawk), all of whom will be taking over a Chippendale space from 22nd to 24th June, welcoming guests to The Vanilla Kitchen.

The menu put together by the above team has been designed around the idea of vanilla – hence Pepsi Max Vanilla – offering guests three exclusive courses and a series of complementary cocktails. It will be served within The Old Rum Store in Chippendale, pulling diners into an immersive pop-up but also offering up locals the opportunity to experience the exclusive culinary creations via Deliveroo (delivered along with free samples of Pepsi Max Vanilla).

“We wanted to celebrate the success of Pepsi Max Vanilla in a way that was big and bold, and we think bringing together four of the country’s most eminent food and drink talent is a fantastic way to do this”, said PepsiCo Senior Director ANZ Beverages, Brad Van Dijk. “Launching The Vanilla Kitchen in Sydney is a proud moment, as we seek to deliver new flavour experiences for our consumers”.

Those interested can choose from lunch and evening dining slots at a price of $30pp (for a three course meal served with complementary cocktails). For more information and tickets click HERE. Note that each lunch sitting will last or approx. 1 hour and each dinner sitting will last for 1.5 hours.
