Opera Bar is presenting a four-day rosé festival this long weekend (Sydney)

Across all four days of this October long weekend, Sydney’s iconic Opera Bar will be hosting a very special “Rosé All Day” festival, highlighting just about everything one could possible ask for when it comes to the lavish pink wine.

A number of producers will be showcased at the waterfront bar as Opera Bar’s usual Meat & Cheese room is turned into the “Rosé Room” for four days, featuring drops from Australia’s finest like Yangarra Pet Nat Sparkling (McLaren Vale), Craggy Range Rosé (Hawkes Bay New Zealand), AIX Rosé (Provence, France) and Pink Claw Grenache Rosé (Mornington Peninsula, Victoria).

Unsurprisingly there will be some of the ever-popular frosé doing the rounds (essential for this looming heatwave) and a signature rosé spritz. To help these go down nicely Opera Bar will be offering a selection of oyster platters and cheese plates.

Live music will feature on all four days of the ticketed festival. Everyone planning on heading along to the event is encouraged to rock up with a “slash of pink” to get in the festive spirit.
