Mr Claws to take over the kitchen at Huxtable for a one day pop-up event (Melbourne)

Earlier this year, Fitzroy lost one of its most popular go-to restaurants with the closing of Huxtable, the beloved hatted restaurant from the same team behind burger franchise Huxtaburger. While, Huxtable sits in silence on Smith Street, the kitchen lights are being turned back on for a one day only pop up before the month’s end, welcoming in the team’s seafood signature, the neighbouring Mr Claws.

Mr Claws will be popping up in the Huxtable kitchen with full force, serving up their popular $15 lobster rolls with buttermilk and herb dressing, chips, and free beer (a pot of beer) alongside lively DJ sets from 12pm until late on Saturday 30th April. Single beer pots will be going at just $5 a pop after guests have scoffed down those lobster rolls.

Huxtable x Mr Claws

Address: 131 Smith St, Fitzroy
When: Saturday 30th April from 12pm
