Knafeh Bakery have built an exclusive pop-up for Pier One Sydney Harbour

The famous Bearded Bakers of nomadic Sydney institution Knafeh Bakery are planning to host a very special pop-up at the ultra-lux Pier One Sydney Harbour for the forthcoming Good Food Month. Kicking off on 5th October and lasting right through to 29th October, the newly designed concept – a first for the bakery – will be set-up in a Perspex container along the waterfront of Sydney Harbour, providing ample space for the boys to mix their signature high energy dining concept while cooking up their signature Palestinian dishes.

Not only will the bearded bakers be setting up on-site, but they’ll be welcomed by Pier One in adding their own spins on some of the hotel’s more popular offerings, including a twist to the menu at the resident Kerrigan Food Shack. This will see a specially created Fattoush Salad added to the meat-focused menu as well as a dukkha-infused version of the Kerrigan’s signature chicken wings, able to be washed down along with the famous Knafeh dessert with a Moroccan Tea inspired cocktail.

The pop-up will be operating every Thursday to Sunday throughout October, from 5pm-10pm on Thurs-Sat and 3pm-10pm on Sun.
