Icebergs Dining Room & Bar introduces a daily crudo menu (Sydney)

In addition to turning Japanese for four nights next month, Bondi icon Icebergs Dining Room & Bar have switched things up with their daily offerings, offering a specialised crudo menu alongside their existing options, a big nod to the restaurant’s sublime location and the local seafood suppliers they regularly deal with.

An extensive seafood supplier base has led to this opportunity, opening up a vast network of access to more wild and farmed sustainable seafood harvests from both Australian and New Zealand coasts. This produce will be used daily while Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic and his kitchen team prepare raw, fresh produce seasoned to highlight natural flavours.

The menu will change daily but those heading along should expect elegant seafood dishes handled by the best in the business from a supplier list that includes Pyrmont Seafood, Decosti Seafood, Martins Seafood, Fish Tales, and Nicholas Seafood. Rock oysters (NSW) and pacific oysters (SA) currently feature along with wild caught yellow fin tuna (NSW) served with horseradish, ginger, and chives, and hiramasa kingfish (SA) served with lemon, coriander seed, and toasted seaweed.
