Hella Good, a dedicated souvlaki joint, has opened up in Melbourne’s CBD

Hella Good, the new sister of one of Melbourne’s longest Greek establishments, Stalactites, is bringing a fresh take on Greek favourites with an on-the-go souvlaki joint.

Hella Good brings a fresh take on the flavours and fresh taste of Stalactites with juicy, marinated meat sliced straight from the spit and greek dips and desserts made fresh daily.

“It’s simple, but classic – just a good souvlaki that’s fresh, tasty and a generous serving but in a much faster and quick service environment,” Nicole Papasavas, Managing Director of Stalactites said.

You can find Hella Good’s quick service store at 7 Elizabeth Street, where you can choose from four traditional-sized souvlakis on the menu; the Arnie (lamb), Kotter (Chicken), Harvey (lamb and Chicken mixed) or Terry (vegetarian) at $10 – $11 along with various snack packs, homemade dips and sweets.

“We still use all locally sourced produce in support of Australian farmers and everything is homemade using our family recipe’s just like always”, Nicole added.
