Get ready for mulled wine and Munich Biers at Australia’s traveling Winter Festival

Mulled Wine and Munich Biers will rule during Australia’s official travelling Winter Festival this year as Munich Brauhaus have come on board for a pop-up Bier Hall. The European flavour of the winter festival will also be upheld by a Food Truck focusing on German sausages and a Belgian Waffle truck, sitting alongside award-winning restaurants in each city, each with their own range of family-friendly activities.

Real snow rides will be popped up at each of the stops, bringing activities like the downhill Toboggan Terror, powder pits, and zorb balls. Of course, an ice rink will also feature at each stop along with the popular private VIP igloos that are available for rent. Snow machines and live music will complete the atmosphere, complemented by roving performers.

For the Sydney leg, Urban Purveyor Group are sending along some of their most awarded restaurants to help with pop-up, including The Cut Bar & Grill and Sake Restaurant & Bar who will be present in the VIP igloo area.

Tickets purchased online are set at $22 (adult), $12 (child 5-15), and $8 (child under 5 years). A family pass for 2 adults and 2 children is set at $60. Carers of those with a disability are provided free entry. Tickets at a higher price will be available at the gate of each stop. See below for dates of each stop:
