As the long-loved Italian brand continues to grow and evolve this year, Fratelli Fresh has announced that they will be expanding to include a new location in Crows Nest just in time for summer. The casual Italian dining concept will be opening up their eighth Australian venue early next month at 118 Willoughy Road, taking over the former site of Bavarian Bier Café, which is also a member of the same hospitality group, that now being Rockpool Dining Group.
The central dining strip will be a nice addition for Sydney’s lower North Shore as Fratelli bring their full menu which includes hand-crafted pizzas with premium ingredients, various pastas, salads, cured meats, and desserts. Specifically, this means locals will be able to tuck into the likes of the popular Tartufo pizza (which has black truffle, egg and Fontina cheese), pasta like the simple Ricotta Ravioli tossed with passata and fresh basil, and sides like Zucchini Flowers stuffed with five different Italian cheeses. Desserts will include the popular $6 Italian gelati pots and Fratelli’s hype-worthy Banoffee Pie.
The restaurant will also be pushing their Apertivo Hour daily from 3pm-6pm, where pizzas will be $15 each, Negronis will be $7.50 each, and there will be $5 house wines, Frizzante, and Italian craft beers from Urban Craft Brewing Co..
If the restaurant mirrors the others in Sydney and Melbourne, then locals can also expect to be able to purchase, order and gift custom made produce gift boxes which usually include alcoholic chocolates, wine, oils, and other gourmet goods regularly available at Fratelli Fresh venues.
