Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains and Collin Fassnidge plan Winter Wonderland dinner (Sydney)

After a successful outing last year, the picturesque Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains is once again planning to host an extravagant Winter Wonderland gala dinner fronted by celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge. The My Kitchen Rules judge will be making the short journey out of Sydney to lead guests through a culinary journey, centered around a four-course feast on Saturday 26th August.

“I look forward to partnering with the culinary team at Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains to present a memorable dining experience which celebrates the very best of the region’s fresh local produce”, said Fassnidge, who last year led guests through a comprehensive noise-to-tail masterclass and will no doubt be sharing tidbits of insight again this year over the four-course dinner.

The dinner will start at 6:30pm on the day, with tickets priced at $170 per person including paired NSW wines. Bookings are essential can be made by visiting HERE or calling 02 4785 0094.

Those who want to make a weekend of it can do so with Fairmont’s Wintervention special, which offers a weekend stay from $259 per room, per night (including free daily buffet breakfast overlooking the Jamison Valley).
