The latest small bar from Applejack Hospitality, Della Hyde on Oxford Street are starting to settle into the old Phoenix Bar now, inviting a loyal following down to the grand, hotel lobby-themed bar for fruity cocktails and three-cheese jaffles. Now that they’re established on the strip, the team think it’s about time to introduce one of their first themed parties, going all Cuban and teaming up with Havana Rum to stage Cuban Night.
With a live Cuban band and DJ from 5pm on Thursday 10th March, the bar will be offering out $10 Havana cocktails including a daiquiri, mojito, and a special Della Hyde mystery cocktail, alongside some themed food specials like taro fritters with tamarind ketchup, stuffed potato balls, and Cubano sandwiches.
Della Hyde have also introduced a new happy hour, dubbed “Della Hydrate”, where they will offer up $5 beers and wine, and $12 signature cocktails, from 5pm-7pm every day.
