Deliveroo expands to include breakfast delivery across Australia

Online food delivery service Deliveroo have finally expanded to include breakfast in their extensive network across Australia, offering customers a wide variety of quality options from over 250 of the country’s favourite restaurants. Introduced just last month, Deliveroo breakfast is set to bring in a tremendous variety of breakfast options to start the day, from renowned names like Melbourne’s Top Paddock to Sydney’s Mary’s.

“At Deliveroo we pride ourselves on meeting the demands of our customers by creating the world’s best food delivery experience”, explained Country Manager Levi Aron. “We’re very excited to launch the new breakfast options with a great selection of Australia’s most loved brand partners. We have a variety of cuisines on-board and will continue to partner with Australia’s best restaurants”.

The launch of breakfast also coincides with a new development from the service’s alcohol delivery function, that being “Bottle Butler”. It’s what Deliveroo are calling their new streamlined alcohol delivery service, introducing a more convenient ordering process for their customers who are looking for multiple alcohol purchases. Cleaning their on-demand interface up, the self-contained title in the smartphone app will now list a selection of local alcohol stores available in the user’s area, though so far this addition has only been introduced for Melbourne customers.

Also new is Deliveroo’s refocused geotag function, meaning that users of the smartphone app can now drop a delivery pin at their exact location. What this means is users are now able to get food and drink delivered to specific locations such as a beach towel or a particular space in one of the country’s leafy parks. It’s a sure-fire way to fancy up any poorly planned picnics.
