Chiswick Woollahra to host special dinner with local vintage brewery (Sydney)

Matt Moran’s Chiswick Woollahra is without question one of the most consistent restaurants in the area, so when they announce special one-off dinner collaborations interest is bound to spike immediately. Just on the horizon will be a special beer & food pairing experience as the restaurant teams up with local vintage brewery Endeavour Beer to both provide insight into local vintage beers and showcase some of the rustic favourites from the Chiswick kitchen.

Chiswick has always been tied heavily to local Australian producers, so them crafting a bespoke menu for Endeavour Beer comes to no surprise, especially since they are the first local restaurant to serve the beer on tap with a number of vintage ales. The restaurant’s Head Sommelier, Matt Dunne, has worked closely with the Camden-based brewery to develop a unique taste experience, designed with food and beer enthusiasts in mind.

Dishes planned for the evening include Crisp porchetta with crushed kipfler potatoes, Endeavour Beer onion rings, and Duck ballotine with pistachio, burnt orange.

Those heading along to the dinner on Tuesday 8th March can expect a specially curated three-course menu plus canapes from Matt Moran and Head Chef Richie Dolan. All dishes will be matched to Endeavour Beers, with pairings designed to enhance the individual flavour profiles of each ale. Tickets are set at $150pp.
