The team at nel. restaurant have announced their collaboration with Champagne Piper-Heidsieck to host an exclusive dining experience with the renowned Cellar Master, Regis Camus on Tuesday 17th May at 7pm. As the only consumer event of its kind on Regis’ tour, this event focuses on the culinary journey of a delectable 6-course dinner crafted by nel. Restaurant’s executive chef Nelly Robinson, matched with the highly regarded champagnes of Piper-Heidsieck.
Regis Camus is the eight-time recipient of the significant title Champagne & Sparkling Winemaker of the Year by the International Wine Challenge. A visionary winemaker for Piper-Heidsieck since 2002, Regis has spent years of his life dedicating time to perfecting and improving the modern direction of wine from every aspect of its production.
Guests should expect the perfect coupling between dishes and champagne, like the snapper, yellow pepper and pomegranate paired with the beautiful Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee NV, or even the exciting chocolate, mango, green tea, and ginger with the Piper-Heidsieck Rare Millesime 2002.
