Catalina Rose Bay is ready for summer with new Sunday sessions (Sydney)

The sterling Sydney weather hasn’t gone unnoticed over at Waterside favourite Catalina Rose Bay, who are preparing for the remainder of spring and the transition into summer with their new Sunday session series. From Sunday 30th October, those heading along each leisurely weekend can expect Catalina to switch things up with a brand new bar menu, summer-leaning cocktails, and a schedule of DJs who will each be trekking through disco, funk, soul, and pop.

Share-style will define the new Sunday menu, which will bring in dishes like the Cubano Sandwich which has roast pork, prosciutto, pickles, cheese and mustard, the Beef Empanadas with olives, coriander, lime and salsa, Sydney Rock Oysters, and Yasa Elite Siberian Sturgeon Caviar.

On the drinks tip, cocktails that will only be available on Sundays will include the signature Catalina Sundays with Crystal Head Vodka, London No.1 Gin, and Amaro Montenegro. A full wine list will also feature, with bottles priced from $40 all the way up to $11,000 (because Rose Bay).
