Carriageworks is hosting a delicious spring night market with over 50 stallholders (Sydney)

After two hugely successful Night Markets earlier this year as part of Vivid Sydney, Carriageworks will once again host a huge sun-down showcase of food and wine to welcome in the spring, with over 50 of their closest friends including Icebergs, Young Henrys, Pepe Saya, and Billy Kwong. The free entry, large-scale immersive contemporary food and wine event will be held from 5pm to 10pm on Saturday 3rd September, calling on the curatorial talents of Carriageworks Farmers Market creative Director Mike McEnearney who has put together quite the line up (see below for full list).

Some of NSW’s leading restaurants will be coming on board, as will providors and winemakers from across the 14 wine regions of the state, from the Hunter and Canberra. Beer and spirit makers will also be setting up stalls for once giant showcase of everything great about NSW food and drink. Chefs will also be imparting knowledge to guests as they cook live with seasonal produce all sourced from NSW regions, all used to create some inspired, bespoke food offerings.

Our suggestion is to get down early and get across the most popular stalls as the Vivid Sydney Night Market – which was held across two evenings – ended up attracting over 9,000 visitors each night.
