Bistro Moncur launches a series of rosé inspired events for the rest of 2017 (Sydney)

To welcome the warmer months, Bistro Moncur are hosting a series of events that are all things rosé –  from rosé wine, rosé cocktails and rosé champagne to rosé dinners and degustation pairing. The rosé themed lineup will run from October to December 2017, and takes place at both the Mosman and Woollahra venues.

Over the next two months guests can enjoy rosé Saturdays, with $15 glasses of special rosé, and an exclusive rosé cocktail menu designed by award-winning mixologist, Kurtis Bosley (commonly known as his online social-media alias, Cocktails by Kurtis).

Coming up Wednesday 18 October at Bistro Moncur Mosman, and Wednesday 25th October in Woollahra, is the Masters Dinner hosted by Guillaume Brahimi, Master of Degustation and Ned Goodwin, Master of Wine. Tickets are going for $275, but will be worth it for the five course dinner, matching wines, and the experience of dining with two of the worlds most renowned industry specialists. Plus signed copies of Guillaume’s book ‘Food for Family’ will be available on the evening.

During November, Bottomless Rosé will be available every Saturday for lunch bookings. It is exclusive to Bistro Moncur Woollahra, and will cost your crew only $50 per person.

At Woollahra on Tuesday 14 November, and Mosman on the following Wednesday 15th, will be a Degustation De Vin night for $30 per person. While on Saturday 25 November, both locations are hosting a La Champagne Brunch with Moët & Chandon Rosé for $140 per person.

During the whole of December there will be Ruinart Champagne flights available, with complimentary bites for matching. While on Tuesday 12 December in Woollahra, and Wednesday 13 in Mosman, Bistro Moncur are hosting a Seafood Degustation for $150 per person or $220 per person with matching wines.
