Bishop Sessa announces Whole Duck Wednesdays (Sydney)

Surry Hills staple Bishop Sessa are focusing on shared-feasts this February, with a special weekly dinner named Whole Duck Wednesdays kicking off tomorrow, February 3rd. The idea should be obvious from the name; it’s all about plump, juicy, roasted duck served up with all the necessary trimmings as the main course in a two-course sharing menu that will be offered every Wednesday throughout this month.

Chef Paul Cooper has put together some tempting options which includes duck-neck sausage, confit duck-egg yolk, and lavender glazed whole roast duck carved and plated at each table. The two-course menu is priced at $49 per person with bookings essential.

Offered: 3, 10, 17, 24 February. Bookings on 02 8065 7223
