Belles Hot Chicken are throwing a party at Bondi Icebergs this January (Sydney)

Live music and baller baskets of fried chicken will be painting the scene at Bondi’s Icebergs Dining Room & Bar next month, as the famed Belles Hot Chicken takes over the venue to host a massive party on January 10th.

Dubbed Bellesbergs, the party will be bringing in the likes of Grizzly, Jungle Snake, Dreamcatcher, and Jamie Blanco to soundtrack a two-hour session of hearty, American-style fried chicken, wines, and that coastal view.

“Nothing in this world beats frying our chicken in the Sydney institution that is Icebergs”, said Morgan McGlone of Belles, “I want to fry chicken here every year until I can’t fry no more”.

The party will kick off at 4pm and last to just 6pm, offering a menu of the great Baller Basket ($40), which includes 4 Southern Wings, 4 Hot Tenders, Pickles, 3 Sauces, and Slaw + Crinkles; the Be Zinger ($18) which are Fried Medium Chicken Sandwiches with Crinkles; and Natural Wines by Host Wines, Dan Clark, Andrew Guard, and Paradiso.
