Australia’s first ever 24/7 Pho restaurant has opened in Melbourne

They are the anti soup nazis of our generation, three humble lads set on making Vietnamese Pho available 24/7 for Melbourne locals and visitors. Thai Ho, Midawell Phal and George Do are hoping to wow late night crowds with a magical bowl of Pho any time of day, any day of the week with this recently opened venture. Basically, instant gratification is at hand for any human in the vicinity of Melbourne’s CBD with a sudden hankering at 3am to slurp down on what the founders of Hochi Mama claim to be the best Pho the city has ever wrapped its chops around.

Dubbed Twenty Pho Seven the restaurant has opened on Russel Street with a familiar urban feel associated with designers Twig and Co who have pimped up the space (think neon lights and graffiti). Although the menu will be very pho-cussed on tasty soup formulated from a secret multi-generational recipe (no joke, feuds are waged and dastardly deeds done to get one’s hands on such things) patrons can expect traditional favourites such as rice paper rolls, spring rolls and banh mi as well as Asian inspired cocktails served out of bubble cups.

The trio have thrown down a claim so inflammatory that it is every city dwelling pho lover’s duty to get on down there and either confirm or deny whether Twenty Pho Seven has the goods, pho-real.
