Ananas will bring back their popular Atlantic Lobster and Champagne Brunch Buffet this month (Sydney)

In continuing their fabulous Champagne Brunch sunday series, quintessential French restaurant Ananas Bar & Brasserie in The Rocks will be bringing back their popular Atlantic Lobster and Champagne brunch this month, following an incredible reception when they debuted the theme last year. Not only is it a chance to dig into some Atlantic lobster, which is rarely found in Australian restaurants, but it the brunch will come with a tour-hour bottomless champagne package for added opulence, offered to purchase alongside the brunch buffet.

The event will feature an expansive menu full of lobster used in creative, indulgent, and traditional ways alongside other options like house-cured meats and plateaux de fruit de mer. We’re talking lobster mash served with leg of lamb, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, mini lobster rolls, chilled lobster gazpacho, some lobster spaghetti, and ricotta and lobster ravioli, amongst others.

From 11am on Sunday 21st February, the brunch will be set at $99 per person, with the option of a two-hour bottomless flute of Champagne package from $55 per person.
