Uniqlo are bringing a special collaboration capsule collection with Marimekko to Australia

Uniqlo’s collaboration with colourful cult Finnish design house Marimekko is coming to Australia this March. The nine-item capsule with design inspiration drawn from nature will be available online and in Uniqlo stores around Australia come March 29th, focusing on womenswear with a wide range of apparel and accessories including dresses, tops, pants, sneakers and bags of varying styles and cuts.

The design house’s very own print designer Maija Louekari has designed all of the prints for the collaboration, even going so far as to introduce a new pattern exclusively for Uniqlo. Of course, this means that Marimekko’s bold prints and love of polka dots will be drawing queues left, right and centre so we suggest planning ahead.

With limited availability, the Uniqlo x Marimekko short-sleeve graphic T-shirts will start at $19.90, the dresses and blouses will range from $39.90 to $59.90, and the sneakers and bags will be priced at $39.90. More information about the capsule can be found HERE.
