The Sydney Fair returns this May with Dior, Gaultier, and more on the lineup

The 4th annual Sydney Fair will be returning to the Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park from the 26th until the 29th May 2016. Fair-goers can expect stalls showcasing unique Art Deco, 20th Century and vintage pieces across fashion, jewellery, objects and interiors, from Australian and International exhibitors. Exclusive finds include a rare Fantoni figure, Emerald Art Deco engagement ring and a Vintage Chanel 2.25 bag.

This year, the Sydney Fair is exhibiting The Little Black Dress; a special couture exhibition of vintage fashion, classic silhouettes and luxury fashion designers, including, of course, Coco Chanel’s 1926 Little Black Dress. You can also expect to see Marilyn Monroe’s favourite designers Ceil Chapman, as well as Dior, Balenciaga and Gaultier. For the fashion enthusiasts, the display wont just be for the eyes to admire, but will also be available for purchase. There will be 30 dealers exhibiting their items this year, many exclusive to the Sydney Fair.

Sydney Fair times:

  • Thursday 26 May from 6pm-9m
  • Friday 27 May from 11am-7pm
  • Saturday 28 May from 11am-6pm
  • Sunday 29 May from 11am-5pm

Ticket prices start at $30 for the Opening Night, then General day admissions $15, Concession $10 and children under 16 years old are free.Tickets will be available at the door or online at www.thesydneyfair.com.au
